RENTAL APPLICATION POLICIES

Properties will only be shown once application is approved.
RENTAL HISTORY
- Applicants must have positive non-family landlord references or a co-signer will be required.
- Applicants must have a history of paying their rent on time.
- Applicants must have proven that they respect their neighbors and care for the owner’s property.
OCCUPANCY
- Occupancy shall be limited to a maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom.
- Management will not approve a request to add an additional resident at a later date without the proposed person first completing the application process.
PETS
- All pets must be approved by landlord.
- An additional pet deposit equal to one half of the monthly rent amount will be due at lease signing in addition to the damage deposit.
- Rent for approved pets will be an additional $25/month.
APPLICATION
- False information provided herein will void the Rental Application.
- All applicants will be either approved or denied in writing within ten (10) business days of submitting the application. Approval or denial will be mailed to the address provided.
- Applications not filled out completely will not be processed.
- Properties are available first come, first serve basis. Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
- Applications will be kept on file for 6 months. After that, a new application will be required.
- Applicants must be legal residents. Identification will be required when signing the lease.
